Damon has a background in electronics and engineering.  He is in charge of the hardware and technology design.  Damon is a co-founder of Meadowlark Solutions and looks forward to growing the business to the next level.

Ron Lerwick is the second generation owner of Homestead Acres, a family-owned farm over 100 years old in Albin, Wyoming.  He has been a farmer and rancher his whole life.  Ron brings his unique perspective on farmer values and needs.

Monte Lerwick is co-founder of Meadowlark Solutions.  He is a full-time farmer and rancher with a family of four.  Monte is generous with his time and brings in young folks to work on the farm, in addition to his assistance on Tank Toads.

Based in Ukraine, Viktor has played an essential role building the backend systems for the Tank Toad remote stock tank monitors.  His home is under attack by the Russian invasion.  We ask you to be thinking of Ukraine during this difficult time.
