Damon is the engineer and business lead for Tank Toad.   He keeps track of the day to day operations, as well as designs the products, coordinates with manufacturing partners and enforces quality control.  Damon had his start on the farm working for the Lerwicks.  He was trained in electrical and aerospace engineering, and continues to improve his skills every day both in the lab and out in the field.  

Monte manages Homestead Acres, a 100 year old family farmstead in Albin, Wyoming.  Monte draws from his ranching expertise and operates a multi-faceted modern agribusiness, as well as being an active investor, advisor and user of Tank Toads.  Monte is educated as a civil engineer, but decided to return to the farm and continue working the land full-time.  Monte is the kind of guy you can count on for help both on and off the job.

Ron Lerwick is the farmer responsible for all of this.  He was trained as an electrician, and has always enjoyed getting his hands dirty.  Ron married the love of his life, Bette Lu, and came back to the farm in 1975 to help his father, Glenn Lerwick.  Ron and Bette Lu have four children (including Monte) and 12 grandkids.  Ron ran Homestead Acres for many years, and occupies his retired life with varied and sundry projects.  He is a key advisor and investor in the Tank Toad business.

Chief of sales and marketing guru, Tatum is currently in charge of our ongoing social media and advertising activities.  She is also studying at UWYO to get her MBA  Tatum is actively involved in Rodeo events as President and is commonly sighted at the forefront of the action.  

Viktor is our primary backend programmer, as well as a professor of computer engineering and researcher of soil and water science for the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering in Ukraine.  He has been in charge of backend architecture and manages the Tank Toad cloud services.  Viktor has been a key partner during the development and deployment of the Tank Toad remote monitor service, along with his team of students from the University.
