You'll need to purchase a data plan to get online.  Please add Cellular Service to your cart or call customer service to sign up for a data plan. 
 
The data plan also includes hardware insurance against equipment malfunction.  As long as you pay for a data plan, your device is covered.  You are eligible for repair/replacement as necessary.  The insurance does not cover accidental damage or acts of nature.  
 
Please use the CONNECT and PAUSE commands via text message when your unit number is assigned to enable service.  Works anywhere there is good cellular service including the following networks:

The best source of information regarding connectivity is your own personal experience.  Typically you need 3 bars of service or you should be able to reliably text from the location using your cell phone.  If you do not have adequate cellular coverage in your area, please consider purchasing a Satellite Tank Toad instead.
