Terms of Service
This contract describes the terms of service regard to the use of Meadowlark Solutions equipment and services.
Meadowlark Solutions Terms of Service
This contract is an agreement between Meadowlark Solutions LLC (MS) and the Customer in regard to the use of MS equipment and services. The following is a set of expectations meant to help MS and the Customer work together successfully.

MS does not assume any liability for loss of water or livestock

Device Capabilities and General Expectations

Generates one daily report sent as a text message to up to 5 phone numbers

Alerts the Customer when a level goes out of bounds within 5 hours, connection permitting

Can be texted at any time by assigned users to get another reading

The unit may be subject to harsh environmental conditions, such as lack of sun or intermittent signal, therefore the customer accepts such risks as part of normal operation

Normal operation is < 24 hours between responses or scheduled activity

Product Warranty

The product is covered against all manufacturing defects for the life of the contract if customer is currently paying for service

MS determines whether or not a product failure is a manufacturing defect

Installation
-
Customer must follow all mounting instructions

Customers are liable for all damage, such as acts of nature, livestock, and drowning
-
Final cost will be determined by MS on a case-by-case basis

Returns and Replacements

Customer must notify MS if there is an operation issue

MS will have a resolution within 2 weeks

If the customer is not satisfied with the device, they are eligible for partial refunds within 1 year of original Device purchase date which will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, and MS has the final say

Service Contract

Contract period is 1 year from original Device purchase date

MS will send a renewal contract each year, at which time customer will have the option to renew or cancel service

If Contract is terminated early, the Device will be disabled until the remaining balance is paid in full
-
Service may be paid in Monthly or Yearly increments
